An extract from the January risk rating document conducted by Jobcentreplus. Diane Preece gets told to submit something a little more accurate. Will she do that? She is reliable to the point that she backed down on her promise to write to me. Staffing problems? What they don't mention is that they made  a number of excellent staff members redundant. Self inflicted. How about that, not only are they bad at finding people jobs they actually add to the number of unemployed. Oh the irony.
