Nothing doing there.

It is heartening that Jobcentreplus respect people's privacy. Even better, if they backed that up by not asking you for your life story in the first place. Have you any idea how difficult it is to keep the existence of your £5 million beach cabana a secret in order to to avoid losing your means tested benefits? I could pursue this by making a request to the Information Commissioner for the information, minus personal details, but I don't consider it necessary.
So, it appears that the incident where Pertemps decide to go for a minor, nobody will notice, 5500% exaggeration doesn't matter, because Jobcentreplus have limited confidence in them, don't take any notice of it and don't use it to verify job outcome payments. I am prepared to believe that. After all, would you take anything they said at face value? They are probably just as impressed by their integrity as the rest of us.
I was hoping to find some revelation regarding the contract, but that isn't forthcoming. The source that Phil mentions doesn't support what he says, as you can see for yourself on this website. I take that as an indication that his statement of positive contract compliance is hollow and without foundation. However, it is unnecessary because I already have all the evidence I need, I was just offering up an opportunity for something to materialise in the other direction. Fair and balanced as always. I replied to Phil today, hopefully I won't have to wait and wait until I am forced to provide him with a little encouragement. You know what it says, I know what it says, I just need to check that he does.
