Dear Phil,

Under current legislation you have a limited time to comply with my request for information and ignoring me is not an option. According to the information commissioner I must make repeated requests, if necessary, before taking other forms of action. In total, if you include my original letter to Lesley Strathie, that time period has been greatly exceeded.

Once again, I would like you to provide me with a copy of the information source that you used to obtain the figures you quoted in the letter that you sent to me, i.e. the numbers 0, 6, 11 and 21. I would also like a copy of the information you used to determine that Pertemps are complying with the terms of their contract with Jobcentreplus. I have made the assumption that there was actually a basis for your statement, set firmly in reality. If there was please provide me with it, if there wasn't please let me know.
