Jobcentreplus consider it unfair to challenge the legal position of their illegal acts - age discrimination

Refusing a breath test constitutes an offence.

The refusal of Jobcentreplus to provide me with any documentation regarding how they came to the conclusion that discrimination is legal is now posted. Why is their whole attitude one of secrecy and non co-operation? What have they got to hide? Regardless of what the Freedom of Information Act (keeping things secret does not fit that definition) says, they don't have to use it, or any other means, in order to hide and avoid responsibilities.  Taking such action is many things, most of which, unfortunately, are negative.  How many woman hours have they spent in order to achieve nothing? Another sum to add to the total wasted on defrauding the public on the New Deal programme.
I respect people's right to "confidence", but you can't profit from the state without being answerable to the sate, even if you are a lawyer.  The DWP have little grounds to talk about confidence, as it is the norm for them to place their clients under surveillance, as one of their employees told me he was going to do to me yesterday.  If you do to them what they have done to the public they do not tolerate it and take action against you. What is this "unfairly  exposing its legal position to challenge" rubbish? What's unfair about it? If you are breaking the law, it is reasonable to be challenged.
They appear to think that they are entitled to be exempt from the law as well as their contract. Once again Jobcentreplus demonstrate that they value the welfare of their private sector partners much more than their duties to the general public.  It is the total opposite of the conduct that is required of a public body.
