Thank you very much for sending me a copy of the contract between Jobcentreplus and Pertemps. You have been very helpful in dealing with that request and I would like to acknowledge that. My research requires some further information that relates to the same contract.
I would like to request copies of all information obtained from the monthly monitoring of provider performance carried out under Schedule 4, section 1.4 of the contract by Jobcentreplus of Pertemps People Development Group, in pursuant of their New Deal provision in Kidderminster and the Marches District, which have been carried out since the start of the contract, which I believe was on 3rd of July 2006.
Further to this I would also like to request a copy of the contractual review undertaken and formal risk rating that has been given to the Provider, Pertemps People Development Group, a task also carried out under Schedule 4, section 1.4 of the contract. If this hasn’t been completed yet, which is possible as the time period specified is 3 to 6 months, I would like to be provided with it in the near future once it is complete, which would be in December 2006 at the latest.
I understand that you will have this information available as it is a requirement that Jobcentreplus do so in the contract that exists between the two parties Jobcentreplus and Pertemps People Development Group.
I believe that according to the Freedom of Information Act this request is perfectly reasonable and serves the public interest.
