Dear Lesley,

I am concerned about the lack of response to the letters I have sent to you. Time is of the essence if an act of fraud is taking place. Here is an attached reminder of my last letter, just in case you have lost it. I believe I have provided sufficient clarity in the way I have worded these questions.

I am looking forward to receiving a salient response, at the same time examining possible alternative methods available to me in order to obtain answers. It is preferential not to have to use third parties, but I am prepared to raise the profile if it becomes necessary. From what I can see, questions put to John Hutton during Question Time about Jobcentreplus are normally passed to you as he appears to consider that subject to be your responsibility. Therefore, it seems that the most logical thing to do is to ask you directly, but if you prefer it to be otherwise I am willing to accommodate you. Let me assure you of my unfailing determination and ability to pursue all avenues.

Yours sincerely,
