I will steer clear of the normative nature of what is said below and cut to the chase.  The Independent Case Examiner cannot be correct by virtue of the following:

A) Pertemps had to give me the placement that I asked for because it says so here.  The answer to whether they delivered it is either a positive or negative and no list of excuses for failure is required. Not a single placement  out of a variety of requests was provided.
B) I didn't receive an answer to this crucial question, among others. As I have explained before, writing a reply is not the same thing as answering the question, unless you are Jobcentreplus or ICE.

No evidence to overturn the above facts has been presented. Until that happens, nothing has changed and it is reasonable to assume that my research is accurate.
