Have look at the description of this help you back to work interview. The wording is the same as when I went to see Peter. It makes claims that didn't take place, whilst leaving out important details like, harassment, attempts to make you destitute and undermining your prospects with employers, which have nothing to do with helping you to do anything whatsoever. The description of "what will happen at the interview?" did not happen at all in reality, it revolved entirely around other issues.  No talk about jobs, training,  helping me back to work, help I could get if I find work.  
An analogy I would use is to imagine a situation where you go to the doctor because you are feeling ill. Rather than just treating you immediately, the doctor goes through your records, makes phone calls, hoping to find an excuse not to treat you. If that happened you might be a little shocked. Malicious intent or incompetence? Neither is desirable.
The entries in my record make for interesting reading. The only thing that Peter Guilfoyle talks  about is the different possibilities of being able to "do" me. There is no mention whatsoever of trying to help me find a job. Jobcentreplus appear to be primarily interested in bad mouthing me and soliciting lies.
