and some more on a different, but important law and contract issue. To date I have received no response. Who am I kidding? He can't even give a salient reply to one issue.

Nick says - I have declined to meet him because he says that during that meeting he still won't answer my questions, so it is redundant. What purpose does he perceive in irrelevant chit chat?

I get the impression that Nick has been "transferred", because his name doesn't appear on anything anymore and I can't get to speak with him. If this was some lame attempt at piling blame on him I am not impressed and don't consider it to be just.

Letter I sent to the Senior Procurement Manager at Jobcentreplus - a simple information request, of which under the Freedom of Information Act they have 20 working days to respond to. This is theoretically less prone to avoidance than my questions have been.
Update - a quick response has been received. Information that is currently available has been included.
